Job summary

Global Partners LP seeks a Guest Service Supervisor to oversee store operations, supervise staff, and ensure guest experiences meet company standards.

You will coach employees, handle cash processes, greet guests, maintain safety and cleanliness, and support flexible hours in a fast-paced retail environment. This Fortune 500 company offers growth opportunities and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends or holidays.
• Must be efficient and organized.
• Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for position.
• Ability to access all areas of the store (selling floor, stock area, register).
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. during a shift.
• Work in intermittent temperatures (cooler, outside).

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees ensuring they perform duties per management guidance.
• Coach employees with constructive feedback.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Follow safety, security, quality and store policies.
• Operate POS and manage cash levels.
• Oversee store housekeeping (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Support 24/7 execution of guest service programs and processes.
• Manage deposits, lottery, gift cards, and checks where applicable.
• Replenish products to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Address inquiries and guest complaints.
• Check in external and internal vendors.
