Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive guest experience and ensure safe, high-quality food is prepared and served. You will lead a clean, organized line, supervise crew, and train front-of-house staff while maintaining daily readiness and adherence to food safety procedures.

The role emphasizes problem-solving for food quality and customer incidents, staffing coordination, and supporting office administration tasks to keep the restaurant running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Be able to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Have knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Have familiarity with office paperwork.
• Have the knowledge and ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean and organized with properly functioning equipment.
• Be on your feet while clocked in, ready to assist when not busy with other tasks.
• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues and customer incidents, ensuring positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front of house Crew and assist with performance reviews.
