Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served. You will keep a clean, organized line and ensure the crew is well trained and provides excellent service.

The role involves supervising line operations, evaluating tasks during slow periods, and assisting with office duties as needed, while developing future leaders and supporting food safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• Understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Must be able to read/write/speak the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep a clean, organized line with properly functioning equipment.
• Evaluate tasks when not busy and assist others.
• Develop and cross-train all front of house Crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and with office duties as needed.
