Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues and support food safety on the line.
• Assist in handling customer incidents and maintain positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front of house crew and assist with performance reviews.
• Support with office administration and supply management.
