Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served and the restaurant crew is well trained. You will keep the line clean, monitor safety and time/temperature, support crew development, and help resolve incidents while contributing to a fast, friendly dining experience.

The role requires leadership, hands-on coaching, and flexibility to manage breaks, scheduling, and office duties.

Qualifications

• Be able to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Have knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Have familiarity with office paperwork.
• Have the knowledge and ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help to resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety including hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks, and Daily Food Safety Checklist adherence.
• Help to resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Help monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front of house Crew.
• Assist with Crew performance reviews and developing future leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties and paperwork.
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are well managed.
