Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to ensure a positive customer experience by preparing and serving safe, high-quality food while training and guiding the restaurant crew. The role involves keeping a clean, organized line, monitoring equipment, and stepping in to assist during busy periods.

You will help resolve food quality issues, ensure compliance with safety policies, and support crew scheduling and performance reviews to develop future leaders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required or equivalent.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a positive customer experience by maintaining quality food and service.
