Five Below is seeking an experienced store crew leader to drive exceptional customer service and keep the front of the house running smoothly. You will supervise staff, coordinate merchandising, and ensure tasks are completed with accuracy and energy.

The role requires flexibility for day, evening, and weekend shifts, plus the ability to travel as needed. A minimum of two years in management is preferred, with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• College experience is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and think creatively.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Lead store to achieve customer service score goals.
• Oversee front-end operations and merchandising to brand standards.
• Ensure store opening/closing, cleanliness, and stock room readiness.
• Cover store manager duties in their absence.
• Recruit, train, coach, and supervise crew members.
• Respond to corporate communications and collaborate with leadership.
• Support merchandising procedures and recovery efforts.
• Perform general store maintenance and safety checks.
