Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience is required.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy should be understood.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety including hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature monitoring, Daily Food Safety Checklist.
• Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive customer experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and developing future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties and ensure office supplies are ordered.
