Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold quality food and customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will train and coach crew, maintain a clean line, and ensure proper safety and health procedures are followed.

You will also manage breaks, shifts, and meetings, while supporting office tasks such as banking and paperwork. A high school diploma and restaurant experience are required; familiarity with policies is essential.

Qualifications

• Be able to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Have knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Have familiarity with office paperwork.
• Have the knowledge and ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues and maintain food safety standards on the line.
• Support customer incidents resolution to ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules; assist with training.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties like banking, cash handling, and paperwork; ensure equipment and supplies are in order.
