Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold safe, high-quality food and to train the restaurant crew. You’ll maintain a clean, organized line and ensure equipment works properly while on your feet during shifts.

Bring a high school diploma, restaurant experience, and knowledge of cash handling policies. You will monitor food safety, help develop the crew, and contribute to a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required or equivalent.
• Experience in restaurant or food service preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Understanding of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-line operations to ensure safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Maintain a clean, organized line with functioning equipment.
• Monitor breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Cross-train front-of-house crew and assist with performance reviews.
• Contribute to a positive guest experience and resolve incidents.
