Five Below in Danbury, CT seeks an energetic retail leader for an hourly supervisory role. You will guide crew, uphold customer-service standards, and assist the store manager in daily operations to ensure fast, friendly checkout and engaging merchandising.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of management experience, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a busy store. Flexible schedule including weekends is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience in a retail setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end operations and merchandising to meet brand standards.
• Train and supervise crew; recruit, coach, and develop staff.
• Open/close procedures, store cleanliness, and stock maintenance.
• Perform store manager duties in the manager's absence.
• Ensure customer service scores meet district goals.
