Job summary

Five Below is seeking an energetic Store Crew Leader in Vernon, CT to wow customers, train team members, and oversee daily store operations. You will help with cash handling, opening and closing, merchandising, and ensuring fast, friendly checkout experiences.

The role requires at least a high school diploma and one year of management experience, with the ability to multi-task and stay composed under pressure.

Qualifications

• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Wowing the customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensuring fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure performance.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock; act as Manager on Duty.
• Open/close store operations, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive store sales and control expenses; optimize merchandising and service.
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising and recovery.
• Perform store maintenance and housekeeping.
