Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred.

• Knowledge of basic math for handling payments and revenue.
• Familiarity with hotel/parking operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service (25% of time).
• Assist guests with luggage and bell services as needed (20%).
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and assist with directions and transportation needs (30%).
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests (10%).
• Operate the valet system: issue and collect tickets, manage keys and folio (15%).
