The role focuses on developing team members, delivering outstanding guest service, and maintaining store standards.

You will support the Store Manager with hiring, training, and coaching, coordinate merchandise presentation, and ensure a safe, inclusive environment for guests and staff in Washington, DC.

Formación

• 1 year people management experience.
• 1 year leadership experience, including managing operations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead from the floor to build and develop team members.
• Provide exceptional guest experience through coaching and product education.
• Partner with Store Manager on hiring, training, and performance management.
• Manage store operations, merchandising, and safety policies.
• Address guest feedback and resolve issues to make it right.
