Legends Global is seeking a security supervisor to ensure event staff are in their assigned roles and to oversee the setup and operation of screening devices and ticket scanners. Candidates should be able to work independently, handle high-pressure situations, and maintain professional relationships with clients, guests, and exhibitors.

Qualifications

• Independence: able to work with little supervision and exercise judgment.
• Work under pressure with tight schedules and accuracy.
• Maintain effective relationships with clients, staff, exhibitors and guests.
• Follow facility policies, risk management, safety procedures and emergency protocols.
• Demonstrate knowledge of security practices relevant to the facility.
• Meet physical demands including lifting and moving equipment as needed.
• Have a valid US driver’s license and be able to drive if required.
• Remain adaptable to changing situations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure event staff are in their assigned roles.
• Check placement of security screening devices and ticket scanners.
• Supervise staff per organization policies and applicable laws.
• Assist Guest Experience Manager with setup of security equipment and signage.
• Oversee check-in/check-out of guest experience staff and distribute uniforms/equipment.
• Respond to incidents and document them properly.
• Assist guests with ticket resolutions and concerns.
• Aid with traffic and parking management as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
