Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Security Supervisor (FT) at the Los Angeles Convention Center in downtown LA to lead the Security Department and drive safety for guests, staff, and events. You will respond to security needs, train and supervise personnel, schedule shifts, monitor CCTV and access control, enforce policies, and coordinate with Guest Services and law enforcement as needed.

This onsite role demands flexibility across day, swing, and grave shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of security-related work experience; Legends Global/AEG security experience may be factored 2:1.
• Valid CA State Guard Card.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of crowd management principles and effective crowd control techniques.

Responsibilities

• Respond to all security needs; coordinate with Security team and local law enforcement as needed.
• Train, counsel, discipline, evaluate and supervise Security personnel.
• Manage hours and schedules for all Security Officers and Supervisors, including 24-hour and event staff.
• Enforce policies and procedures; address violations and complaints from guests, clients, and employees.
