Job summary

Legends Global in Tucson is seeking a senior security leader to oversee security operations for public events. You will train staff, coordinate emergency responses, and ensure the safety of guests, employees, and vendors at a major venue.

The role requires strong leadership, planning, and experience in live entertainment environments, with the ability to manage security across multiple events, and to work flexible nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 5 years of leadership in security operations for a public facility.
• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Business, or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of laws, codes, and regulations governing security and safety.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and assigns security shift staff.
• Conducts shift briefings with staff providing necessary information.
• Reviews department checklist and accounts for all equipment.
• Print and review Event resumes with team.
• Notifies supervisor of necessary employee corrections.
• Secures property and controls access during events.
