Job summary

Legends Global Merchandise in the United States seeks an Event Supervisor to oversee all event activities with a focus on guest experience and smooth day-to-day operations. The role reports to the Program Manager and requires leadership of the event staff.

Responsibilities include training staff, resolving guest issues, generating daily schedules, and maintaining accurate financial/ticketing records. Strong teamwork with Sales, Marketing, and HR is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and legal work eligibility.
• Minimum three years of supervisory experience.
• Proven ability to operate in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Supervise event staff and perform special projects as requested.
• Train and direct team, appraise performance, and address guest concerns.
• Prepare daily line schedules for associates.
• Maintain cash log and accurate ticketing/records.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and HR; ensure policy compliance.
• Assist in setup and breakdown of events; work in multiple roles.
