Legends is seeking a security professional to manage crowd control and safety at the venue. Responsibilities include bag checks, screening, ticket validation, ushering, and enforcing venue policies.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Must be able to speak, read and write English.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

  • Bag checking to ensure no contraband is permitted in the venue.
  • Security screening via pat downs, use of walk-through metal detectors or wand screening.
  • Ensuring patrons have valid ID or ticket for admittance.
  • Ensuring patrons do not enter non-public areas.
  • Directs and interacts with the public, fellow employees and management.
  • Assist with seating and directions as required.
  • Follow emergency protocols in medical, fire, active shooter, evacuation or other emergencies.
  • Observe, detect, correct and report unsafe conditions on the premises.
  • Deal with customer complaints professionally.
  • Work independently, and judge and assess situations for immediate response within facility guidelines.
  • Provide written witness reports as required.
