lululemon is seeking a Contract Guest Experience Lead for the Hamilton Place Pop-Up in Chattanooga. The role focuses on delivering a high‑quality guest experience by providing technical product education and leading store performance on the floor.

The candidate will participate in hiring, coach team members, and act as Supervisor on Duty to support operations. Strong retail experience and leadership ability are preferred, with a commitment to an inclusive team environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience (e.g., guest resolution, navigating difficult conversations)
• Some leadership, mentoring, or delegating with others
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Provide technical product education to guests and assist teammates.
• Open and close the store per procedures and supervise on-duty duties.
• Review daily metrics and support achievement of sales goals.
• Participate in hiring and onboarding of team members.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members for development.
• Foster an inclusive, respectful team environment.
