Job summary

lululemon in Chattanooga is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to drive in-store performance by delivering technical product education and leading the floor. This role sits on the store leadership team and focuses on guest experience, coaching, and achieving daily sales targets.

You will supervise, coach, and participate in hiring, ensuring an inclusive guest experience while maintaining operational excellence. A 1-year retail background and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience.
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent

Responsibilities

• Bring the lululemon guest experience framework to life, leading from the floor to establish an exceptional and inclusive guest experience.
• Continuously assess the level of guest connection and technical product education, ensuring every guest receives technical product education.
• Move dynamically and lead from the floor as the Supervisor on Duty to assess and fulfill the needs of the business, team, and guests.
• Conduct preparation activities to ensure in-store readiness for guests and ensure operational excellence of the store.
• Open and close the store in accordance with procedures.
• Review and interpret daily business data and metrics to track progress toward sales goals.
• Participate in the store’s hiring process, including recruitment, selection and hiring recommendations, onboarding, and training.
• Address team member performance and support their learning with feedback and coaching.
• Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team by engaging with team members and creating a productive environment.
