Qualifications

• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to establish an exceptional and inclusive guest experience.
• Provide technical product education to meet guests' needs.
• Act as Supervisor on Duty when leading the floor.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training processes.
• Provide feedback and recognition to team members.
