lululemon Athletica is seeking a Guest Experience Lead for a Shops at Evergreen Walk pop-up. The role drives exceptional guest service, delivers product education, and leads the floor as Supervisor on Duty to meet sales goals.

It requires retail experience and leadership skills, with a focus on inclusivity and guest connection. The position is a 4-month contract at a pop-up location, with varied shifts and a compensation package including base pay and a targeted hourly bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail or customer experience, including handling guest resolutions.
• Experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above.
• For experiential stores serving food/beverage: related safety certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver an exceptional guest experience framework.
• Provide technical product education to meet guest needs.
• Serve as Supervisor on Duty, drive store performance, and support sales goals.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training activities for the team.
• Offer direct feedback, coaching, and recognition to team members.
• Maintain an inclusive, fun, and productive store environment.
