Job summary

lululemon is hiring a Guest Experience Lead in New York to ensure a high-quality in-store experience. You will lead floor operations, provide technical product education, and drive sales targets while supporting team performance and store leadership.

The role requires 1 year of retail or customer experience and some leadership experience. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Shifts include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or customer experience (e.g., guest resolution, navigating difficult conversations)
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above

Responsibilities

• Bring the lululemon guest experience framework to life, leading from the floor to establish an exceptional and inclusive guest experience.
• Continuously assess guest connection and technical product education to ensure every guest receives education and assistance as needed.
• Move dynamically and lead from the floor as Supervisor on Duty to assess and fulfill business, team, and guest needs.
• Conduct preparation activities to ensure in-store readiness and maintain operational excellence throughout shift.
• Open and close the store following procedures.
• Review daily business data and metrics to track sales progress and motivate the team.
• Participate in hiring activities, including recruitment, selection and onboarding.
• Provide direct feedback and coaching to team members to support learning and development.
• Foster a respectful and inclusive team environment with supportive working relationships.
