Job summary

UDF in Batavia Township, Ohio is hiring an Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure outstanding guest service, and lead the shift team to deliver The Hi Five Guest Experience. You will supervise associates, manage store conditions, and help with inventory and cash handling.

The role requires the ability to work a full-time schedule (37-40 hours weekly) including 1st, 2nd or 3rd shifts, with pay range $14.75 to $16.75 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively in English with customers.
• Must be able to operate store equipment and POS system.
• Ability to handle coins, cash, checks, and credit transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach associates, assign duties, and train Shift Leaders.
• Handle store administration tasks, including deliveries and paperwork.
• Deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience and greet Guests warmly.
• Prepare and serve DipSide items and manage beverage offerings.
• Operate POS and gas console; process transactions accurately.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain clean display areas.
• Maintain store security and comply with tobacco/alcohol controls.
• Ensure safety and proper operation of equipment and temperatures.
• Complete time records and other required reporting.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
