You’ll handle bookings, communications, and ensure a pristine, welcoming environment that invites repeat visits. We value hospitality, energy, and a proactive approach to customer care.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of hospitality experience, with proven client service and sales.
• Genuine passion for people, hospitality, and creating memorable experiences.
• Confidence in sales conversations and a drive to meet and exceed membership goals.
• Warm, professional presence and a hospitality-first mindset.
• Flexible availability, including weekends; full-time or part-time options.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every client with warmth and energy, making each person feel like the most important guest.
• Drive membership and package sales by connecting clients to the Glowbar experience.
• Lock in rebooking and manage waitlists to optimize the schedule.
• Be the voice of the studio—handle client communications via phone, email, and text.
• Share product knowledge and at-home routine suggestions to support skincare journeys.
• Keep the studio spotless, organized, and client-ready from front desk to back of house.
• Share observations with management to improve client experience and team performance.
• Be the Glowbar ambassador in persona, presentation, and education.
