Target is seeking a Service & Engagement Team Leader in Aurora, OH to lead guest interactions and drive service excellence. You will manage a team of associates, coach performance, and plan workloads to support store goals and loyalty programs.

You will ensure timely guest support, monitor metrics, and promote guest-centric service across in-store and digital channels. A strong customer focus and flexible schedule are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
