Festival Foods in Verona, WI is seeking a Part-Time Guest Service Representative to join our team. You will welcome guests, answer questions, and help ensure a smooth, friendly experience at the front desk while supporting a fast-paced store environment.

As a GSR, you’ll lead by example, assist with scheduling, monitor attendance, open extra lanes during peak times, and help enforce labor guidelines for a safe, inclusive workplace.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, reinforcing standards and guiding Guest Service associates.
• Utilize scheduling tools and monitor attendance to align staffing with demand.
• Oversee operations, maintain cleanliness and smooth Checkout flow during busy periods.
• Open additional lanes as needed and manage checkout efficiency, ensuring guest satisfaction.
