• Lead by example and guide team in daily operations.
• Use tools like daily and reference binders to support staff.
• Oversee operations and ensure cleanliness and procedures.
• Assist guests at checkout and manage line flow efficiently.
• Schedule staffing and adapt to business needs while staying compliant.
• Maintain staffing levels and call in coverage as needed.
• Enforce minor labor laws and ensure breaks and clock-out times are compliant.
• Adjust daily schedules based on sales and guest traffic.
• Notify Shift Managers when assistance is needed.
• Open additional checkout lanes during busy periods and manage cart flow.
• Track attendance and document lateness or absences.
• Honor commitments with timely attendance and proper replacement notice.
• Support the team with other duties as assigned.
