• Direct guests and manage checkout lanes during busy periods.
• Schedule staffing and adjust operations to meet demand.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, including minors’ schedules.
• Manage cart availability and lane flow for smooth service.
• Track attendance and punctuality; communicate shifts.
• Support the team and perform other duties as assigned.
