Qualifications

• One year of general office clerical experience
• One year progressively responsible experience related to the position
• Substitution of education for experience: study may be substituted for experience

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests at the front desk and answer questions about lodging facilities and local attractions.
• Assist guests with reservations, payments, check-in/check-out and related tasks.
• Maintain guest relations and ensure lobby area is clean and welcoming.
• Log issues and coordinate with appropriate staff to resolve guest concerns.
• Operate front desk systems and process room assignments, keys, and records.
