Job summary

Zaxby's SPE Franchisor LLC in Ocala, FL is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations. This non-exempt role reports to the General Manager and owners and focuses on delivering great guest experiences while upholding standards.

You will train, coach, schedule, and monitor team performance, ensure policy compliance, and maintain a positive, productive work culture under dynamic conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Available to work a minimum of 32 hours per week with flexible scheduling.
• Must possess leadership qualities and ability to coach others.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete all training requirements including Development Plan and certifications.
• Enhance guest experiences by coaching team members and meeting guest expectations.
• Plan and delegate shift assignments, communicate expectations, adjust as needed.
• Supervise and develop team members; participate in performance reviews.
• Create a positive culture and address guest/team concerns promptly.
• Ensure daily operations follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
