Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Available to work a minimum of 32 hours per week.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must possess leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop team members and ensure they receive ongoing coaching and development.
• Plan and delegate shift assignments and communicate expectations.
• Supervise and coach team members to achieve quarterly goals and maintain service, product quality and cleanliness.
• Communicate performance concerns to the General Manager and assist with performance reviews.
• Create and maintain a positive culture and healthy team morale through recognition and leading by example.
• Handle and report guest and team member complaints in a timely and respectful manner.
• Ensure daily operations follow all policies, procedures, and compliance with laws.
