Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver an exceptional guest experience and provide technical product education
• Assist with store operations, including opening/closing and daily readiness
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and coaching; provide feedback and recognition to team
• Review daily metrics to drive sales goals and motivate the team
• Create an inclusive, collaborative work environment and support staff development
