Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience (e.g., guest resolution, navigating difficult conversations)
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver an exceptional, inclusive guest experience.
• Provide or oversee technical product education to meet guest needs.
• Monitor daily sales metrics and motivate the team to reach goals.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of staff.
• Offer direct feedback, coaching, and recognition to team members.
• Maintain store readiness and ensure operational excellence during shifts.
