Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead in Boston to ensure a quality in-store experience by delivering technical product education and leading the floor as part of the store leadership team. You will drive sales goals, coach teammates, and participate in hiring decisions.

You’ll open and close the store, review daily data, and foster an inclusive, high-energy environment while ensuring operational excellence and guest-facing education.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country the store is located
• Ability to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Bring the lululemon guest experience framework to life from the floor
• Lead from the floor as Supervisor on Duty to support business needs
• Provide in-store technical product education to guests
• Assist with store readiness, opening/closing procedures, and data review
• Participate in hiring decisions, onboarding and training
• Provide direct feedback and coaching to teammates
• Foster an inclusive, respectful team environment
• Drive store performance toward daily sales targets
• Support guest resolution and maintain a high-caliber experience
