Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead in Lynnfield, MA to drive exceptional in-store guest experiences. You will lead from the floor, delivering technical product education and guiding the team to achieve daily sales targets.

You will participate in hiring, training, and provide ongoing coaching while maintaining a respectful, inclusive store culture and ensuring operational readiness during shifts.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver the lululemon guest experience framework
• Provide technical product education to guests and partner with team when needed
• Act as Supervisor on Duty to oversee store operations and guest needs
• Prepare the store for opening and ensure operational readiness during shifts
• Review daily data and drive progress toward sales goals
• Participate in store hiring, onboarding, and training
• Provide direct feedback and coaching to team members for development
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and productive team environment
