As part of the store leadership team, you will coach teammates, review daily metrics, assist with hiring, and ensure operational excellence while maintaining an inclusive, energetic store culture.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience (e.g., guest resolution, navigating difficult conversations)
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver an exceptional, inclusive guest experience.
• Provide ongoing technical product education to guests.
• Act as Supervisor on Duty, guiding the floor and team.
• Prepare the store for guests and maintain operational excellence.
• Open and close the store per procedures.
• Analyze daily metrics to drive sales and coach the team.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training.
