Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of retail or customer experience (e.g., guest resolution, navigating difficult conversations).
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver an exceptional and inclusive guest experience.
• Provide technical product education to guests and assist teammates when needed.
• Open and close the store in accordance with procedures.
• Review daily business data and drive progress toward sales goals.
• Participate in store hiring, onboarding, and training processes.
• Provide direct feedback and coaching to team members for ongoing development.
• Foster a respectful, inclusive team environment with strong collaboration.
