lululemon is seeking an Assistant Manager, Guest Experience in our New York area store. This role leads from the floor, builds a diverse team, and ensures an exceptional guest experience aligned with lululemon values.

You will support the Store Manager, drive learning, and coach staff to deliver outstanding service. Responsibilities include managing team performance, hiring, and coordinating with leadership on store operations, merchandising, and safety.

Qualifications

• 1 year people management experience.
• 1 year leadership experience managing operations and processes.
• Experience delivering guest experience in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive inclusive, productive team culture.
• Coach and develop team members with ongoing feedback and mentoring.
• Support Store Manager with hiring and building a diverse team.
• Open and close the store following procedures and safety policies.
• Partner with managers to review store data and KPIs to inform planning.
