Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent

Responsibilities

• Lead the guest experience framework on the sales floor to deliver inclusive, high-energy service.
• Provide technical product education and assist guests when needed.
• Act as Supervisor on Duty to monitor store operations and drive sales goals.
• Contribute to hiring decisions, onboarding, and training of teammates.
• Provide direct feedback and recognition to team members to support development.
• Review daily metrics to guide coaching and performance.
• Open and close the store following procedures.
• Foster a respectful, collaborative, and safe team environment.
