Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to guide in-store experiences and educate guests on product value, while driving daily sales targets. You will lead from the floor as a Supervisor on Duty, mentor teammates, and influence hiring decisions to enhance team performance.

The role requires 1 year of retail experience and leadership capability, with high school level education as a base. Expect varied shifts in a dynamic store environment with a strong focus on inclusivity and guest

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience (e.g., guest resolution, navigating difficult conversations)
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above

Responsibilities

• Bring the lululemon guest experience framework to life, leading from the floor to establish an exceptional and inclusive guest experience.
• Continuously assess the level of guest connection and technical product education, ensuring every guest receives technical product education.
• Move dynamically and lead from the floor as Supervisor on Duty to assess and fulfill the needs of the business, team, and guests.
• Conduct preparation activities to ensure in-store readiness for guests and ensure the store's operational excellence is maintained.
• Open and close the store following procedures.
• Review daily business data and metrics to track progress toward sales goals and motivate the team.
• Participate in the store’s hiring process, including recruitment, selection and onboarding.
• Provide direct feedback and coaching to team members for ongoing development.
• Contribute to a respectful, inclusive team environment and engage with team members.
