Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to elevate the in-store guest experience and support daily store operations. You will greet guests, follow safety and quality procedures, and operate the POS with attention to cash controls and regulatory items.

Responsibilities include maintaining store cleanliness, replenishing products, and coordinating with management on guest requests and vendor concerns. Flexible hours and physical tasks are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Able to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends or holidays.
• Basic computer skills to perform daily tasks.
• Reliable transportation required to travel to store location.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures (outside, cooler, etc.).
• Lift/carry up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality, and store policies.
• Operate the point of sale; manage cash, lottery, and tobacco as required.
• Complete store housekeeping and stocking tasks to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns to management.
