Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver a top-tier guest experience while supporting store tasks. The role supports day-to-day operations, communicates guest needs, and helps maintain a safe, well-stocked store.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, processing transactions, restocking, and collaborating with management on vendor and inventory duties. Availability for flexible hours is required.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours (days, nights, weekends, and/or holidays).
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store operations policies and procedures.
• Operate the point of sale; maintain cash, lottery and tobacco levels.
• Conduct store housekeeping (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Restock products and supplies ensuring in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests to store management and vendor concerns.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Assist with gas tank inventory and merchandising projects.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
• Minors may only use OSHA approved knives.
