Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to enhance the customer experience and support store operations. You will greet guests, handle POS transactions, and uphold safety and housekeeping standards to ensure a smooth shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work day, night, weekends or holidays.
• Basic computer literacy and comfortable with POS systems.
• Reliable transportation to and from the store.
• Ability to work outdoors and in varying temperatures.
• Physical stamina to lift up to 25 lbs and climb stairs as needed.
• Ability to move around the store and access the sales floor and back areas.
• Basic counting, reading and writing for paperwork.
• Assist onboarding and training of new hires as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies.
• Operate the point of sale and manage cash and related duties.
• Complete sweeping, cleaning and housekeeping tasks.
• Replenish products to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns to management.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Support gas tank inventory and merchandising projects.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
• Minors may only use OSHA approved knives.
