McKibbon welcomes a Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team in Florida. You will warmly greet guests, manage registrations, and coordinate with departments to meet guest needs with efficiency and care.

Responsibilities include handling check-ins, wake-up calls, and resolving issues while maintaining a professional demeanor. The role supports Food & Beverage operations when needed and requires punctuality across shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working as a front desk agent or in a similar role.
• Experience working at a hotel establishment is highly desired.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
• Proficiency with computers and basic math skills.
• Ability to input and access information in the property management system and/or POS system.
• Must be attentive, friendly, helpful, and courteous to clients, guests, and associates.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests at check-in and check-out, verifying registration details.
• Handle wake-up calls and relay pertinent guest information to relevant departments.
• Resolve guest complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel features, hours, rates, packages, and activities.
• Communicate special requests to housekeeping and other teams; address discrepancies in the room status.
• Support Food and Beverage operations when needed; adapt to varying shift coverage.
