Job summary

McKibbon is seeking a Front Desk Agent in Savannah, GA. You will welcome guests, handle check-ins/outs, answer inquiries, and coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service. A positive, guest‑oriented personality and professional demeanor are essential, along with basic computer skills and familiarity with PMS/POS systems.

Shifts vary to cover mornings, afternoons, and evenings. Previous hotel front desk experience is preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working as a front desk agent or in a similar role.
• A high school diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate.
• Experience working at a hotel establishment is highly desired.
• Proficiency with computers and basic math skills.
• Ability to input and access information in the PMS and/or POS systems.
• Strong listening skills and a friendly, courteous demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Process all guest check-ins and verify registration information.
• Handle overbooked or walked guests and respond to wake-up requests.
• Communicate guest needs to relevant departments and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel features, rates, packages, and schedules.
• Anticipate guest needs and ensure highest level of service and satisfaction.
• Support Food & Beverage operations when needed and maintain guest relations.
