McKibbon is seeking a Front Desk Agent in Charlotte, NC to warmly welcome guests, manage registrations, and coordinate with departments to fulfill guest requests while upholding McKibbon’s guiding principles. You will handle check-ins, verify registrations, and assist guests with inquiries throughout a shift schedule that includes early mornings, afternoons, and evenings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate.
• Experience in a hotel front desk or similar role is preferred.
• Proficient with computers and basic math; able to operate PMS/POS.
• Excellent customer service and professional demeanor at all times.

Responsibilities

• Process guest check-ins and verify registration information.
• Handle overbooked or walked guests and communicate with housekeeping on room status.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with other departments for guest requests and amenities.
