Job summary

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Centers is seeking a Concourse Experience Manager to lead operations and ambiance at a high-volume entertainment center. You will drive guest experiences, oversee bowling, bar and lane service, and mentor team members across shifts.

Ideal candidates bring 1-2 years of management experience, a friendly professional demeanor, and hospitality or food & beverage familiarity.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of management experience.
• Hospitality and/or Food & Beverage experience preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a FUN atmosphere for guests.
• Identify & resolve issues impacting guest experience.
• Overall floor management including bowling, bar and lane service.
• Compliance and training validation.
• Timecard review and inventory quality checks.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed.
