Job summary

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center in Georgia seeks a Concourse Experience Manager to oversee daily operations of the concourse, bowling and bar/lane service, and to drive guest satisfaction and sales. Concourse Experience ManagerStars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking a Concourse Experience Manager who is ready to be part of a high-volume, fast-paced Entertainment Center! The ideal candidate will be an energetic, driven individual with a solid work ethic, positive attitude, and superior guest service skills. As the Concourse Experience Manager, you would be responsible for the overall operations and atmosphere of the concourse. This position will be directly responsible for meeting and exceeding sales goals, the running of the concourse including bowling and service, creating memorable guest experiences, as well as training and maintaining team members for a variety of positions.
